Return – Refund
We at ardith.store are committed to providing our customers with quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please refer to the return and refund policy below.
1. 30 days return
Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. This period allows you to inspect the product and ensure that it meets your expectations for quality and design.
2. Return Conditions
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- Defective product: If your product has any technical errors or damage caused by the manufacturer.
- Wrong product delivery: If you receive a product that does not match your order (wrong color, size, design).
- Intact product: The product must be unused, not dirty, not have strange odors and still have the original labels and packaging.
- Unwashed Items: We do not accept returns for items that have been washed or used in any way.
3. How to Make a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] and provide your order number and reason for return.
- Confirm Your Request: Our support team will review and confirm your return request within 2-3 business days.
- Returning Your Item: Once approved, please return your item to the address we provide. You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning the item, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
4. Inspecting Your Item
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item within 5-7 business days to ensure it meets our return requirements.
5. Refunds
Once the product has been inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions, we will issue you a refund. The refund will be made to the payment method you used when making the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 30 days, depending on the processing time of your chosen bank or payment service.
6. Canceling Orders
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel your order, simply email [email protected]. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process the cancellation and refund you in full. However, after 24 hours, the order will be in the processing stage and we will not be able to cancel the order.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
Next, contact your bank. There will usually be some processing time before the refund is credited.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
