Refund policy

Condition

Goods must be returned within 30 working days from the date of receipt.

Goods must not be worn and have not been washed.

We do not accept to return the products that are damaged, worn or dirty and the clothing labels must be intact.

Items must be in the appropriate situation to resell.

Goods must have adequate labels, including hanging labels.

We have the right to refuse any exchange of goods that do not meet our requirements, including any signs of wear and tear. Customers are responsible for shipping fee to send orders back to Ardith. Shipping fee is not refundable.

Ardith carefully checks all items before shipping; Therefore, the damaged goods are extremely unlikely. Any return items will be checked for signs of wear or smoke and in case the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive the store’s credit.

When returning

Packing your goods safely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in the original state (including all papers, parts & accessories) with attached labels.

Be sure to include your original invoice when returning. You may want to keep a copy to save the file. If you cannot submit an invoice, just include orders, payment names & addresses and reasons on a sheet of paper when returning.

Write “Reason for return” on the back of the invoice.
Keep the tracking number for your return package to track the delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Refund (if any)

After receiving and checking your return, we will email notify that we have received your return goods. We will also inform you about the approval or refusal to refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your initial credit card or payment method in a certain number of days.

If the return is caused by consumers, consumers are responsible for shipping fees. Specific fee will be based on the courier company you choose. And we do not have to pay taxes for returns.

If for our reason, the goods are damaged or incorrect and consumers do not have to pay shipping for this reason.

No charge for consumers when returning the product.
