Return conditions

You can return or exchange goods purchased within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Goods must not be worn and have not been washed.

We do not accept to return the products that are damaged, worn or dirty and the clothing labels must be intact.

Items must be in the appropriate situation to resell.

Goods must have adequate labels, including hanging labels.

Each order is only offered a prepaid label. Therefore, all goods must be returned in the same parcel.

What should I do if I get the product that is damaged or the product is lost?

We hope this does not happen to you, but if there is happening (we apologize first), please contact us immediately via email or chat and we will solve it for you!

If we are not notified before receiving your return, we will not be able to handle the refund and the goods will be sent back to you.

Return process

Please contact our customer service and tell us the product you want to return the same reason.

After receiving the instructions for returning the goods from us, please pack the product to be returned to the original packaging.

Add your order inside the parcel.

Bring the package to the local post office and send it. Record the number of tracking and send to our service group.

Cancel order

The order can be canceled within 24 hours from the time of payment will be refunded all the money. We do not accept order cancellation requirements after 24 hours.

We will not accept the request to cancel the order after the order has been delivered. No need to cancel the order if you just want to change the color or size in the order.
