Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
Order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (CST) every day.
Processing Time: Order Verification, Quality Control and Packaging. All orders are sent to the Fulfillment Center for delivery within 1-3 days after the order is placed.
If we are processing large orders, delivery may be delayed for a few days. Please allow a few extra days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated shipping time is 7 – 15 days.
Please note that we do not work on weekends and holidays, orders placed on weekends (Sundays) will be processed the following Monday.
If there are severe weather conditions in some areas, epidemics, etc., shipping may be delayed for several days. Please allow extra shipping days for delivery.
3. Shipping Costs

7. Can I change the delivery address?
You can only change the delivery address if the order has not been delivered. Please check the delivery address and make sure it is correct when you place the order.
8. Your package is wrong/damaged
We take great care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. If the item you ordered is damaged, we apologize. Please email us at [email protected] within a week with pictures of the damaged items, your order, and any other information you may have about your order. Let us resolve this for you promptly. We will get back to you with an answer as soon as possible!
