Processing Time

Processing time: verification of orders, quality control and packaging. All orders are sent to the Order Performing Center for delivery within 1-3 days after ordering.

If we are processing large orders, delivery may be delayed for a few days. Please allow a few more days during shipping for delivery. If there is a significant delay in your order delivery, we will contact you via email or phone.

Delivery time

Shipping time is estimated at 7 – 15 days.

Please note that we do not work on weekends and holidays, orders placed on weekends (Sunday) will be processed next Monday.

If harsh weather conditions in certain areas, epidemics, … transport may be delayed for several days. Please allow additional shipping date for delivery.

Can I change the delivery address?

You can only change the delivery address if the order has not been delivered. Please check the delivery address and make sure that address is accurate when you order.

Your package is wrong/broken

We are very careful to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition. If the item you order is damaged, we apologize. Please email us at [email protected] within a week with images of damaged items, your orders and any other information you can have about your order. I let us solve this problem for you quickly. We will answer you as soon as possible with the answer!
